The submitted manuscript has not been published (except in a form of abstract, lecture or thesis) and are not being under consideration for publication elsewhere. - 2. Submission Format

To support the open access publication of accepted manuscripts, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD $580 is required. This fee covers the costs associated with editorial handling, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, and online hosting. The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication and must be settled before the final version is published.
