Peer Review Process

The process is single-blind: The reviewers are not revealed to authors, while the reviewers are aware of the authors.
All soming submissions are checked for plagiarism using iThenticate, and then initially reviewed by the editorial office to ensure their adherence to the basic requirements. Then the submission will be assigned to a handling editor who will invite at least two referees to review the manuscript. When the referees’ reports are received, the handling editor will make the first decisions. These are:
Rejection
Rejection with option to resubmit
Accepted pending major revisions
Accepted pending minor revisions
Accepted in current form
Upon receiving a revision with explanations, in consultation with the referees the editor will make the final decision on the manuscript. Acceptance can be issued only when detailed and conclusive reports are in place to confirm the manuscript’s value and contribution in its fields.
